It’s like he used chatGPT progressive Twitter mode to construct his by the numbers non-comment.

I’m guessing he’s not including all the Asians that comprise like 30-40% of downtown in his POC construct. Too inconvenient.
And if he’s waiting for folks to “swim upstream” whatever that’s supposed to mean he’ll be in a retirement community in Florida (“Del Boca Vista II”) before that happens.

You get used to the sound after a while. Where I live near the beergarden they’ve been building towers continuously the last decade. Just don’t try to be a late riser on a weekday. And by late I mean after 7:30am.

Nothing in JC that I’m aware of. Newark and the Bronx have options. JC is a bit weak on west African fare.

I googled and then drafted my own complaint. Filing fees were nominal. The fact of a filing is usually enough to force compliance.

Small claims court. You can self file. I sued my then landlord some 20 years ago for dragging his feet on returning my security deposit. Boy did he address the matter quickly.

Stabby statue seems rather timely in light of Russian atrocities in Ukraine. Maybe can amend the statue to say Ukraine 2022.

Dream Vista on York is great for this. Ample space in the back, and a nice outdoor porch for nicer days. WiFi of course and they encourage you to stay.

Maybe try maximum motion fitness on grove. They appear to be a by appointment option. I never see more than one person at a time in the store window.

Risks are primarily automotive in nature. And also an elevated risk of cultural indifference from your Manhattan-based acquaintances.
Your true friends will still come visit you.

Sure you want to leave Hoboken just yet? Much more happening where you are. Heights is a little removed from transit and urban night life but otherwise a great choice. If you’re looking for urban but less noisy than lower Hoboken then grove street area is the way to go. Lots of new inventory though $3200 for a 2 bed seems aggressive now.

People around metro NY make a sport of complaining. A bit of the Four Yorkshiremen skit from Monty Python tbh. Haters gonna hate etc. No place is perfect is what I’ve learned.

Or as a dyed in the wool progressive activist might word it — Asians are now “white adjacent.”
