I’m guessing he’s not including all the Asians that comprise like 30-40% of downtown in his POC construct. Too inconvenient.

And if he’s waiting for folks to “swim upstream” whatever that’s supposed to mean he’ll be in a retirement community in Florida (“Del Boca Vista II”) before that happens.

You get used to the sound after a while. Where I live near the beergarden they’ve been building towers continuously the last decade. Just don’t try to be a late riser on a weekday. And by late I mean after 7:30am.

Small claims court. You can self file. I sued my then landlord some 20 years ago for dragging his feet on returning my security deposit. Boy did he address the matter quickly.

Sure you want to leave Hoboken just yet? Much more happening where you are. Heights is a little removed from transit and urban night life but otherwise a great choice. If you’re looking for urban but less noisy than lower Hoboken then grove street area is the way to go. Lots of new inventory though $3200 for a 2 bed seems aggressive now.
