When he registered to run for Senate, did Fetterman have to fill out a second application for the grapefruit sized lump on the back of his neck as well?

Vote for Oz, MAGAs! Lol. He’s still a Turkish citizen, practices Islam, lives in New Jersey, and made tens of millions hawking quack cures to people like you because, you know, heart surgeons are underpaid and he wasn’t happy with just three houses and needed 7 more. Mehmet (Turkish for Mohammed) deeply understands and appreciates the struggles of Pennsylvania’s working families.

I’m voting for Fetterman, the son of teenage parents who has devoted his life to public service in PA and lifting up Pennsylvanians. He’s about the most down to earth political candidate I’ve ever seen.

As a Muslim, we’re not sure he’s not a terrorist. Would you trust your family in the hands of a real estate tycoon terrorist quack?” (In a nice happy voice) - “Fetterman loves his family, Pennsylvania, and most of all - Jesus. He only owns one home and you can tell he’s a good guy cuz he wears hoodies like a true blue Pennsylvanian.”

Fetterman and just about every Democrat has said they support an "Assault Weapon Ban" which in practice means banning any semi-automatic rifle. That's an actual enumerated right in the US Constitution. Not a made up one like being able to kill an unborn child in the womb. And he wants to take it away.

Interesting take. So, your're saying the Founding Fathers made owning assault weapons a right back when there weren't any assault weapons to have a right to own?

There is absolutely no right, enumerated or not, that gives anyone a right to own assault weapons.

His work attendance as Lt. Governor was atrocious.

He ran a kid down with a shotgun and held him at gunpoint because he thought he heard gunshots.

He "showed up at crime scenes" by his own admittance. To what? Bother the police and EMTs?

He wants to get rid of life sentences.

He's getting none of the endorsements that Shapiro is getting, why is that?

His health problems don't make him a bad candidate, but they sure are concerning.

His five point plan starts with "make more shit in America." Seriously.

He's just not a good candidate and would be getting obliterated by any Republican with a pulse and likely will the next cycle unless he gets primaried.

The part that says: the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

A law saying you cannot have a semi-auto would clearly be infringing on that right.

> Unless you're the national guard but I know you guys like to ignore the whole milita bit

The line referencing the militia does not say that you must be a member of a militia. It's an example of one reason why the right has been enumerated.

It'd be like a line saying, "*A well educated populace being necessary to the industrial base, the rights of the people to attend public school..." being just one example of why education should be provided to children. It doesn't mean that working in a factory would be the only reason you would have a right to an education.

... the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Have fun defining "assault weapon" too. It's a made up term with no actual definition except, "Scary looking gun that makes people with no knowledge of firearms uneasy".

The only fear I have is of a foolish super majority selling out their own rights.

Claiming someone is worshiping a tool simply because they verbally defend their rights to keep them is insulting. That's just as stupid as claiming someone who argues for being pro choice worshiping baby killing.

> The world would be a better place.

That's highly debatable as the only people who would be disarmed are the law abiding.

No high-tech manufacturing base (all manufacturing is high-tech now) or 21st century economy. 80% of the smart young people moving to … Colorado or WA or CA (yep, CA just became the world’s 5th biggest economy). PA was just starting to climb out of its rust-belt years. Now it’s aging rapidly and will end up even poorer and more dysfunctional, bitter and sad if it goes full-on MAGA. Fetterman represents hope.

you might want to do a little more reading about your reality tv star: https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/news/20220505/columbia-cuts-ties-dr-oz

In 2015, when he testified before the Senate about his endorsement of “miracle” cures, a group of medical professionals sent a letter to Columbia that demanded that Oz be fired, according to Vox.

“Dr. Oz has repeatedly shown disdain for science and for evidence-based medicine, as well as baseless and relentless opposition to the genetic engineering of food crops,” the doctors wrote. “Worst of all, he has manifested an egregious lack of integrity by promoting quack treatments and cures in the interest of personal financial gain.”
