Yes, I don’t think anyone will tow without it being ticketed first

Don’t use one your building picks, try out various towing companies until you find one that kind of shows up soonish

You can get inspection before license/registration - you just run through the center in SW and pay when you visit dmv. The go to any dmv center with all your docs and it should be pretty quick. They’ve improved a ton in the past ten years or so. I last went to Georgetown and there was no wait (weekday afternoon)

Currently none. But I lived with a partner in a small apartment for many years. I also lived in a townhouse well outside the city with the owner, and a second roommate, for a bit when I first moved down here.

Most creepers will prefer as young as possible.
What this person is looking for May be moving more quickly in the serious direction than the average man around her age. Men in their mid thirties and up that are looking for someone serious will probably be less likely to be looking for a 27 year old the greater their age gets. Men in their late 20s/early 30s entering their first marriage at a high rate, and mostly exiting dating for a time.
I feel like it’s maybe a weird age demographically for women to date here

I need a car for work (potential for having to go into work after metro hours) - with silver line expansion I can start taking the metro and I think I might monday - because traffic has gotten even worse. I maybe drive on the weeknight/weekend maybe once or twice a quarter
