You can get inspection before license/registration - you just run through the center in SW and pay when you visit dmv. The go to any dmv center with all your docs and it should be pretty quick. They’ve improved a ton in the past ten years or so. I last went to Georgetown and there was no wait (weekday afternoon)

Men in their late 20s/early 30s entering their first marriage at a high rate, and mostly exiting dating for a time.
