Upon a quick read, sounds like plaintiff law student fucked around by commenting on group chats and Zoom meetings and found out.
Edit: I just got to the anti-vax part. Damn this a long speaking complaint.
Edit 2: I cannot imagine suing classmates and the law school, being in the bottom half of the curve and losing an academic scholarship, and still going back to law school after this.

Reply to Non-intense workout classes? by Fatcat336
While it can be intense cardio-wise (or at least as intense as you want it to be), I have to say that in my experience with CrossFit, I have never had someone yell at me or tell me to push through the pain. Sometimes the coaches yell out how much time is left, and sometimes people in the class will cheer you on, but it has never been combative for me. And I am not some great athlete, either.

Reply to Astound by RCN issues lately? by sailorxcupcake
Yep, since this weekend it’s been Astound-ingly bad. One of my neighbors called and got upgraded modems, etc. because they heard that Astound hasn’t upgraded a lot of systems, and now things are better for them. I need to call and do the same.

You never watched your back? I feel like I do this everywhere as a woman just as a matter of habit at this point (not DC specific).

Have you been? I’m curious about it (besides what I think is a dumb name).

This makes sense, older construction over new, but curious as to why you call out pre-1945 and then say “in DC that means before 1920.” Is pre-1945 a good benchmark for some locations but not in DC for some reason?

>My only advice is to buy in a building built before 1945. In DC, that means before 1920.
What’s the difference in years account for here?

Didn’t drive drunk because I didn’t drink! First alcohol free Christmas and it felt great. Looking forward to the same on New Year’s!

I’m not going to say it doesn’t exist, but if you were to go try a CrossFit gym and found yourself being yelled at, I would definitely go to another one!
