Doubtful. People don’t chew the food that well for that to be a factor. Plus you can drink 10 oranges of straight juice. You’d never eat that many.

I have lived in the same estuary for four decades now, much of it spent in the water. I’m familiar with the tides, passes, channels and bars. Every marginal area I have to have a certain water depth to make it over. This is my life. As a child I frolicked on a bedrock shoal that bared at low water. That area no longer dries out. 6 inches m’dears.

It’s free sugar since it lacks the fiber needed to slow the sugar absorption and avoid a big blood sugar rise.

Ehhhhh. I’m calling BS on this. Sorry. I think the issue is, people who live alone don’t have anyone to nag them about going to the drs or ER. They should run the study on unhappy or depressed people.

Not sure I go for that. I used to never salt anything, till one day I noticed I was sweating fresh water. Now I salt the eff out of stuff and I feel a lot better. I think I was chronically salt deficient.
