State law doesn't have a requirement for specific tint levels under a Medical Waiver. They're only good for two years. https://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/XXI/266/266-61-a.htm

Doctor's notes are legitimate to allow all windows tinting including the windshield.

You can get a doctor's note to have a tinted windshield and front windows. You can also get to know your inspector and things work out.

Winter time isn't so great for it but many towns have recreation departments that have sports and such available. Libraries are also a great place to get in touch with the community and make friends.

once you sign up for electric delivery service from Eversource you can and should choose an an alternative electric supplier. Eversource's base rate is insane and you can get a much better deal.
Here's a current list of providers in NH.

Furnaces only have on or off, they don't work harder to maintain in set temp, they run longer. Heat pump systems are a different story but the furnace or boiler found in most homes just runs longer to get to a higher temp.

I have a 50 year old house with a drafty front door. -13° plus the winds and we maintained a 70° set point . We have forced hot water and it was running a ton but it kept up. Your system might be under sized.

Pay for what they filled in your tank. That's the oil company's problem if they're giving away fuel oil.
Be glad they didn't try to fill a disconnected tank and destroy the house.

If the home state doesn't require a front plate the car is fine.

Purple Finch was good but white birch eatery in Goffstown was started with their former crew. I like their atmosphere and food better than the current Purple Finch.

Nest and ecobee thermostats can't handle baseboard electric heat without a relay board.

Much like lead in paint or asbestos fireproofing, it works really well and replacements never quite do the job as well.

If you're not going to use the doors all winter you can use shrink film to seal them off. I've used it for windows but I know they sell bigger. Make sure it's drum tight and there's no breaks in the edge tape.
