Seconding them, I see someone there for an anxiety disorder and PTSD and it had been the best therapy experience I've had thus far. Don't be afraid to get on someone's wait-list. I wish you luck in your mental health journey.

In Philly we had a furnace that got oil deliveries usually once a season. Big ass behemoth in the basement. Used to scare me as a kid. For cooling we had window/wall AC units because central air wasn't very common with old brick rowhomes.

I just got a PCP appt with Primary Health Group at Retreat as a new patient, I was able to get in within 3 weeks. I've heard good things about the doctor I'm seeing but I've also have heard the front desk staff is a bit grumpy. I haven't been yet so I can't report any personal experience yet. Their website appt maker didn't work for me so I called. I've also heard amazing things about 7 Hills but they're direct care and right now I would prefer going through my insurance.

Which 21st, N or E? Might help locate his humans if we know what side of the river he's on.

It wasn't the usual butthole smell (that comes from the waste treatment plant when the winds are just right and the clouds are low). This was like a solvent smell.

Did anyone else in the Manchester or nearby neighborhoods notice a weird smell in the fog this morning? Took our pupper out twice around 7/8a and both times there was a chemically smell in the air (not the usual smells that can sometimes waft through the area under the right conditions).

I was going to guess this because that route sometimes switches to route 87 downtown because I'll take the 87 and stay on when it switches to the 78 without getting off the bus.

Seconding Jones' OP, just so you know it can take a while to get in if you're a new client so if it's not an urgent dental need then his practice is absolutely worth the wait. All of our pets go to him and several have already had dentals through him.

I did not know about this app until earlier this year but omg it's so helpful when on bike. Bicycle Parking, app icon looks like a white bike parked at a red rack on a black background. It's like Google maps but for bike parking and repair stations.

Don't know if you were there this morning but I was impressed with how quickly you all were moving massive amounts of people through. Took me between 5-10 minutes despite feeling like we were crammed in.

Normally I would be down to organize, but at least for the immediate future I've got too many things on my plate stressing me the eff out right now and I have to recognize when I'm at capacity, but will happily toss some money at a GoFundMe if someone here does this.

There's no way they're going to make that property, with the riverfront views it has a grocery store, sadly. I'm sure it will be condos. Best chance we have is a grocery store on the bottom and a parking deck, and I would be okay with that.

It sounds like your friend has something else going on entirely because most vegans either don't take supplements or if they do they take B12 and/or D. Interestingly enough, a large percentage of non vegans are deficient in vitamin D, particularly in the US, it's not really a diet thing. It's more of a sedentary office lifestyle causing us to miss out on the sun thing. And you don't have to take B12 if you get it from fortified foods, many of which are already things non vegans consume regularly and where they get their B12 from as well. Your friend just may have other things going on that they don't feel comfortable discussing with you, or maybe they're misinformed about what they actually need to take (which isn't a far stretch since the general population is as well thanks to advertising and marketing).
