I went to DC a few weeks ago and everything was working. Maybe something happened to the system for the couple hours you were go and now you're extrapolating a single anecdote to hate on the train system.

Burning wood is different from burning cigarettes too. Different chemicals act differently once burned.

But having a C rating might be why they targeted this restaurant. Makes it more believable, as you illustrate.

This seems like landlords signing up in the official registry. That implies they've already banned Airbnb on an individual basis. This isn't freeing up any rental stock in the short term. It can lead to more signups or better enforcement if a tenant is secretly trying to run an Airbnb.

How much affordable housing does the Eiffel tower provide? If a minimum age worker can't afford a 1-bedroom in the tower then I don't think it should be built. Let's turn the space into a depot for horses.

Total income of the service? This is a public good. Income shouldn't matter.

It's by definition impossible to have the government engage in free market deals.

That's actually an argument in favor of Filipino restaurants sticking around.
Maybe they can find a better niche as with a hole-in-the-wall Chinese takeout vibe than trying to be a sit-down restaurant.

Anything more than what I make is blatant corruption. Anything less than what I make is a recipe for lawmakers to sell their souls to the corporations for a cushy job once they're out of office.

I prefer that the principal doesn't call out students being in Special Ed.
For a shitty article about nothing there's no reason to publicize student details, even by indirectly implying.

There'll be late night hotel rooms open almost anywhere. Prices are usually best at night too because they're trying to fill empty rooms.
So I recommend trying your best to go home with someone first, then hotel as a backup. Or make friends with young tourists and sleep on their hotel room floor.
