The police don’t solve crimes very well. Most all types of reported crimes are below a 50% clearance rate. murders are around 60% Been that way a while. Some would say the also don’t really prevent crime either. So to recap… the police don’t stop, solve or prevent crime. Go ahead and steal from corporations they’re not people.

The Zero sum thinking of capitalism poisons all. I recently learned the awful term “junkie broker” when trying to help a friend. They get a finders fee for getting people to rehab. They’ll gain your trust then ask for friends and families phone numbers gain their trust and even buy plane tickets to Florida.

Rehab billed insurance $3200 per day. Insurance paid $2400 per day. That’s $7200 for a 30 day stay. Finders fee is probably $2000+

he said “we’ll bill you for the deductible 3 times and then won’t send to collections or send more bills… just don’t pay.” Basically saying it’s completely free.

Excited to read more. Thanks for investigating.

Last year the city would take clear bags from next to your supercan. But you should leave as much as ya can(for the ecosystem) and or mow mulch em(for free fertilizer). I grab neighbors leaves to compost and if ya ask around there might be someone nearby that would be super stoked to take em from you.

Yes take the data produced by the police with a grain of salt. Most sexual assaults are not reported. Most reported sexual assaults are not investigated or “solved” by police. It’s something like 20% clearance rate. I think Richmond’s doing pretty good if the crime rate is steady/decreasing AND the police are down 160 positions.
