The police don’t solve crimes very well. Most all types of reported crimes are below a 50% clearance rate. murders are around 60% Been that way a while. Some would say the also don’t really prevent crime either. So to recap… the police don’t stop, solve or prevent crime. Go ahead and steal from corporations they’re not people.

They got way too many cops out there rn. They don’t handle these situations very well and often escalate.

They’re just using our money to buy fake bullshit credits that don’t really offset their pollution. It’s real ironic shit too. Like an ultra rich fuck with thousands of acres of land gets paid for the “promise” of not cutting his trees down. Class war money funnel up. We gotta cut these lazy assholes off.

This shit is laughable, not aspirational. Every bus stop should have at least a bench. Just buy them and put em out there. “322 By 2027” that’s 64 a year.

The Zero sum thinking of capitalism poisons all. I recently learned the awful term “junkie broker” when trying to help a friend. They get a finders fee for getting people to rehab. They’ll gain your trust then ask for friends and families phone numbers gain their trust and even buy plane tickets to Florida.
Rehab billed insurance $3200 per day. Insurance paid $2400 per day. That’s $7200 for a 30 day stay. Finders fee is probably $2000+
he said “we’ll bill you for the deductible 3 times and then won’t send to collections or send more bills… just don’t pay.” Basically saying it’s completely free.
Excited to read more. Thanks for investigating.

There isn’t an ounce of hate for firefighters out there, but creating a new flag out of the American flag seems a little wrong. I could see how someone might conflate the two.

Last year the city would take clear bags from next to your supercan. But you should leave as much as ya can(for the ecosystem) and or mow mulch em(for free fertilizer). I grab neighbors leaves to compost and if ya ask around there might be someone nearby that would be super stoked to take em from you.

Yes take the data produced by the police with a grain of salt. Most sexual assaults are not reported. Most reported sexual assaults are not investigated or “solved” by police. It’s something like 20% clearance rate. I think Richmond’s doing pretty good if the crime rate is steady/decreasing AND the police are down 160 positions.

Uh naw dude. Here is Richmond crime stats as of yesterday it’s funny, crime being down doesn’t garner eyeballs or clicks so they stick to each individual crime to keep the fear clicks rolling in.

I would assume more biodiversity back in 1900. The native bugs have less native plants to go around? Or maybe the samples from the 1900 were not collected with bug damage in mind. Maybe pristine as possible plant specimens?
