T-Mobile call center is hiring.

Sell your soul. Try Target or WalMart/Sams Club. Possibly Costco. Menards. Star crapping applications everywhere. Hospitals as well.
Have you looked on Indeed? I have seen a lot of places hiring -- grocery stores, Missouri State (you can even check out their "student jobs" on their site -- they are just part-time work), the hospitals.
Check the SRC website for openings. Bonus there is 4x10hr shifts in some places too.
the city of springfield had a lot of openings, could be a career job if you like!
The Library is hiring https://thelibrary.org/jobs
Cox Health is hiring housekeeping staff for their EVS team (nothing too serious, most of the work is dusting and sanitizing), starting pay is like $16.60. We're constantly understaffed, if you look on Cox's website then you can find an application portal, more than likely they will reach out.
Nearly everywhere is hiring
Sold my soul to the company store.
Macy’s is hiring for their fulfillment dept seasonal, no interview; $15 and it can be physical/repetitive work, though. It is easy and they do get back to you within a day
As a former employee of almost a decade, I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. And they will never accommodate this schedule for a new hire.
Penmac is in desperate need of subs for all the surrounding school districts right now if you have any sort of education!

I believe so, my friend works there and said they worked with her! Here’s the link- Seasonal Retail Fulfillment Support Associate, Battlefield Mall https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?from=appshareios&jk=d157eaaf59e3d503

Not sure exactly how flexible the schedule is; you'd probably have to check with someone in EVS for a concrete answer, but to my knowledge they're pretty flexible in most departments. I'm also not sure if they'll have a drug test for weed with the legalization coming up, but to my knowledge they do test all new hires.
Unfortunately the library severely underpays. A position opened last year that I could have loved and been very good at required a masters degree and paid 34k a year :/ it’s a real same because Springfield has some amazing libraries. Great part time jobs though
Most medical facilities are still going to test, mainly because it’s federally illegal, but also cox used to test for tobacco, sooo
It’s true, but they just did a big salary restructuring.
The Arc of the Ozarks
Springfield Sign. Positions listed on Indeed.
Don’t even need education anymore. Can take a 20 hour class and become sub certified in Missouri now
Yeah I am also a big fan of Springfield libraries so I checked out the jobs section this week and was shocked to see $12.50. Bummer.
I work at cox on the psych floors. If you are willing to work evenings or overnights, can pass a piss test and don’t have a criminal record it’s a pretty good gig. 15.75 base wage but with a shift differential it’s higher and there’s a 500$ sign on bonus. Message me if you’re interested for a referral.
If that hell hole didn’t want you, you might wanna be a bit less strict on your mon-thur and good pay requirements.
Expedia operates out of the Old Airport, and I've heard from friends that they're looking to hire several training-classes worth of people for some expansion.
Their minimum pay is like $20/hr, and the people I know there say it's a very chill work culture.
Ozark Chevy needs detailers.
EVS operates in a FlexSchedule website. Meaning the manager posts open shifts and you self assign the ones you want.
ETA: Cox no longer tests for tobacco but will test for THC. Buy a detox drink or fake urine and you’ll be fine.
^ This and their benefits are great, plus you start with 30 plus days off paid
Fremont Hills Country Club is looking for a housekeeper. Easy work, flexible hours, and a very chill environment.
Amazon is always hiring if you're able to stand on your feet and make the communte
Yeah, I just looked at their postings…$38,000 and requires a masters degree? A person wouldn’t even be able to repay their student loans with that.
Funny knowing plenty of my clients have crossed paths with you then. I'm a caseworker for adults and it's not unusual to have a client hospitalized every 2 weeks or so. You guys are way better than the Marian Center.. And 100 times better than Mercy's overflow facility in Joplin...
I hear gnc is hiring, but tbh the people who took it over last year are kinda crazy so be careful
And isnt that sad?
I think it is for people working on their doctorates, mainly.
Amy chance they've moved to work from home yet?
Actually? Imo, Not really. I’ll bet the 20 hour course better prepares you for subbing than 60 credit hours in college.
I say that as a certified teacher, administrator, and former sub. There probably should be some regulation not allowing someone without a formal education to be a long term sub, but filling in day to day and following instructions left by the teacher? Not too bad. What subs really need more of is classroom management training and they receive that through the course, but not through their collegiate education.
I’ve done this a few times.. turns out they wanted hard time.
Right now do you even need any college to substitute?
They do a hybrid for most departments, 2 or 3 days in office a week
The rule was 60 credit hours of college. Now the rule is 60 credit hours OR take this class and pass a test to be a certified sub by DESE

Thanks for the info.
You’re welcome!

I wouldn’t normally recommend this but since you mentioned Amazon and I haven’t heard the most rave reviews there either.. but my friend’s boyfriend loves his job at Bass Pro’s distribution center. I think the pay is like $17-18
Where do we even apply for Amazon? I've checked their hiring site many times and it always says no openings
My Aunt has worked on the Psych floor for years!
My spouse has an interview there tomorrow because our friend who works there currently highly recommended it. Now I'm very nervous. What can he expect?
I'd be happy to give you some more info, but I'd rather not start a debate on the thread with pro/cons, can I DM you?
Autozone is always hiring for all positions I started at 12 an hour hours are always flexible but we don't open to early or stay open to late. Everyone at all tu3 stores are pretty friendly.
And since your car isn't in great shape you can get parts 20 percent off most times. Sometimes there is a 30 percent weekend
That would be great!

Enersys has ads out on the billboards. FYI it does mean working around lead.
