So you're saying we should boycott it, or did you not understand the post? I'm trying to understand this.

Reply to Vermont should have a 4 day work week by hunny_bun_24
While I would personally love a four day work week, there's are issues around this that make me think that this has to be done at least nationwide.
Lots of people here work for companies that are from out of state. The people that manage those companies may not agree with this (whether justified or not, that's not the issue). That would mean those companies might avoid hiring people in Vermont and might avoid having offices or facilities in Vermont.

You can ski from the mid mountain lift base to the snowflake lift base, it's downhill, not a problem

When talking about taxes, it's important to look at all taxes and look at income levels too. My go to for information is Who Pays from ITEP.
So if you look at Maine, for example, you can see in the lowest 20% of income you'd pay 8.7% of family income. In, for example, NH at the lowest 20% you'll pay 9.1%.
On the other hand, if you are in the highest 20% in Maine you'll pay 8.6%. in NH it's 3%
Just for fun if you're in the lowest 20% in Florida you'll pay 12.7% (ouch). If you're in the top it's 2.3%.

Depends on how much you make. I can't link directly but if you go here and select NH you'll see that if you're in the bottom 20% of income you pay 9.1% of family income.
In VT in the bottom 20% it's 8.7%. Which isn't a huge difference, but is a difference.
As you get more wealthy, NH looks better for taxes.

Depends on the swimming hole, but for a baby I'd recommend a lake beach, there's lots of them.

Nuclear, right now, is not cost competitive. If you want it to be so, work towards a carbon tax.

No prob! Actually we buy those also, they are great.
My goal was to show how you could make something better (even barely) than Little Ceasar's with as little effort as possible. That's why I also specified presliced pepperoni and precooked sausage.
When we make pizza it is a production and a half. But way beyond anything you can get takeout.

That's why I specified the prebaked crust, like a boboli. You do have to wait for the oven to heat up.

I'm going to be That Guy today.
It's so weird because pizza is so easy to make at home. You can get prebaked crusts at the store soon you don't have to roll it out or anything, shredded cheese, premade sauce, even presliced pepperoni and precooked sausage.
Takes one minute to throw together, it's cheaper, and better.
